GHG Emissions Disclaimer
The greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculations provided by Yusen Logistics are based on the EcoTransIT World methodology, which is aligned with the GLEC Framework and in accordance with ISO 14083 for calculating and reporting GHG emissions from transport chains.
These estimates are intended to give an indicative view of the environmental impact of transport activities across air, ocean, road, rail and barge. They may include modeled data and assumptions based on standard industry parameters, which means they do not always reflect the exact shipment route or carrier-specific performance.
Developments that have occurred after the preparation of the calculations, data, reports and other emission related information (the “Information”) may affect the accuracy of the assumptions on which it is based. The Information does not constitute advice, but only general recommendations and does not constitute an invitation to enter into any contract or commitment whatsoever.
While we strive to ensure the quality and relevance of the Information, some level of inaccuracy or deviation is possible due to limitations in available shipment information. As such, the emissions results should be seen as indicative only. Yusen Logistics does not warrant the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of any Information, nor the fitness for any specific purpose and expressly disclaims any liability for errors or omission contained therein. 郵船ロジスティクスグループが提供するGHG排出量の数値は、GLEC（Global Logistics Emissions Council）フレームワークおよびISO 14083に準拠したEcoTransITを使用し算出しています。
算出された数値は、海上・航空貨物輸送、陸上輸送、鉄道輸送、内航船輸送において発生する環境負荷を概算で示すことを目的としています。これらの数値には、一部参考値を含む場合があり、必ずしも実際の輸送ルートや特定の船会社・航空会社などを利用した場合のGHG排出量を保証するものではありません。
新しい規制の導入や法改正などの事業環境の変化に伴い、GHG排出量の算出方法が予告なく変更となる場合があります。また、GHG排出量に関する情報は、一般的な参考情報として提供されるものであり、いかなる契約書、合意書、その他法的文書の一部として利用されるべきものではありません。情報の一部または全部を問わず、複製、公開、送信、頒布、譲渡、貸与、翻訳、翻案、使用許諾、転載、再利用しないことに同意するものとします。
